The plan is that on Saturday 20th of January we are going to meet Wesley in the city to film some footage of the city filming. On this day we plan to film our friends and Wesley in the city at the playhouse, the birdcage, the bell and places like this that we like to hang out with our friends. It will be a very chilled atmosphere in the video as that is like the genre of the song. 
We have yet to contact the venues of the places we want to film, however we will email or go into the places during next week and when we have done so i will attach a screen shot or pictures on to my blog. 
On a further date we will film Wes personally rapping his music, in a studio, probably in school if we are unable to contact anyone else who has a studio, as the music video style is going to flip between him in the city with our friends and him in a studio.

When we come to actually filming it the plan is that when we film our friends they will all act very casual, not looking like they are being filmed and just acting very natural because when we flip it back to Wes in the studio it will be him miming the song and very focused around sole on him there. The starting point will be the playhouse in norwich, filming people on the inside and the outside area as its a very cool and edgy place that fits with the style of the music and they look we are hoping to achieve in our music video. We are also going to film in local pubs such as the birdcage and the bell as they also have a very chilled atmosphere and are very appealing to our target audience. 

As of stage directions we don't really have a solid plan for exactly what Wes is going to be doing in the bits he's not miming in because the whole idea of the music video is that its going to be very natural and real and not look forced and acted out at all.

Post 12 evaluation

We managed to get all the filming done quite quickly. The opening scene was filmed on our way to the main location so we got the intro done on the first take which saved us a lot of time and meant that we already had the first 50 seconds of the song covered. Whilst walking to our location, we took a few shots of our actress Liv just walking, which was useful for the parts of the song where there is no singing. Altogether, we went through the song about 8 times until we had all the footage we needed. The first take was still a bit awkward and my two other team members Jess and Evie had to turn away whilst Liv was singing which made it easier for her not to laugh. Singing the song out loud was strange at first, as there were some people passing and looking over, but it definitely helped Liv’s accuracy in lip syncing and made her singing more authentic.
